How do I reset an account?
If you need to reset your Elite Trader Funding (ETF) evaluation or Elite Sim-Funded account, follow these simple steps to restore your account settings and start fresh. Fast Track evaluations cannot be reset.
Evaluation Account Reset
- Access Your Trader Dashboard: Log in to your account and go to the Trader Dashboard.
- Select the Evaluation to Reset: Locate the evaluation you want to reset, then click the Reset Account button. Fast Track accounts cannot be reset.
- Confirmation and Process: Your account will be reset to its original settings, allowing you to resume trading from a fresh start.

- Reset Timing
- Resets for failed evaluation accounts occur immediately upon monthly renewal, allowing traders to continue without significant interruption.
- Your Elite Sim-Funded subscription will auto-cancel when you fail the account. Resets for failed Elite Sim-Funded accounts can be requested from your Trader dashboard or by contacting ETF Support.
