Once you refer a new trader, your affiliate code is set via cookie and retained for 45 days. If you refer a trader and one month later they decide to sign up, you still get credit for the sale and any other eligible purchase they make! Even if they click a different affiliate's link after yours, you still get credit!

Elite affiliates can get custom coupon codes, and we'll work with you on special promotions specific to you! Please get in touch with us to see if you qualify.

Earnings status of the transaction will initially be "Pending," and confirmation will occur within 14-20 days following the purchase date. If confirmation occurs before the last week of the month, the status will update to "Verified".

To request a payout, please email the Payroll team at payroll@elitetraderfunding.com with "Affiliate Payout" as the subject line. Our team will assist you within 3-5 business days. Note: You must complete a one-month waiting period to request additional payouts. You, the affiliate, are responsible for paying a withdrawal fee of $40.00 per payout.

Payments are processed every Friday and typically take 7-10 business days. Once a payment is sent, the status will be updated to "Paid," and the payment date will be reflected accordingly. If you need assistance or have questions, please do not hesitate to email the Payroll team.

Affiliate Responsibilities and Fees

Please note that you will be responsible for any fees associated with your withdrawal as an affiliate. This fee can vary depending on the method used to send the withdrawal request.

You cannot use your affiliate link to make purchases on your account. You cannot create a second account from which to earn affiliate earnings. Doing so will immediately terminate your account and forfeit all unpaid earnings, evaluations, and Elite Sim-Funded accounts. We take this seriously and review all earnings and payments before payout occurs.

Passive marketing methods are not allowed, and payout requests will be denied (examples: Paid Ads, Coupon sites, ETF Discord, ETF announcements, etc.). We wish to work with affiliates active on social media platforms or in communities (examples: YouTube channel, Podcasts, Blog, Instagram, Facebook posts, X, etc.).

Please be aware that, at the time of payout, we will verify your current address and identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If you prefer to receive payments through your company, we will require documentation proving your legal ownership of the company and verifying its address. If you cannot provide the requested documents, your earnings will be forfeited, and your affiliate account will be deactivated.

Notice Regarding Disputes and Chargebacks

To maintain the integrity and fairness of our affiliate program, affiliates are held responsible for ensuring their referrals do not create disputes or chargebacks. ETF will not pay commissions for referrals that result in disputes or chargebacks. Disputes and chargebacks can appear 3-6 months after the initial evaluation or reset purchase. A consistent pattern of such incidents with your referrals will lead to denying all accrued payments.

Custom Codes Policy

We do not issue custom codes to affiliates who have not referred more than 10 unique users in the last 30 days. Please do not contact support requesting this; this is a firm requirement.

Compliance with CFTC Regulations and Marketing Conduct

All affiliates must strictly abide by all CFTC regulations. Affiliates must refrain from marketing Elite Trader Funding using methods or language associated with "get rich quick" schemes, guarantees of success, profit or any form of guaranteed outcomes. It is imperative to maintain integrity and transparency in all marketing efforts, ensuring that potential clients are aware of the risks involved in trading and investing. Any communication or marketing materials must not mislead the public in any way, and should always provide a balanced view, highlighting both the potential rewards and risks.
